3. Products

Product description and pricing - We offer hydraulic generators and related services. Prices include GST (unless stated otherwise) and are in AUD.

Order acceptance - Orders only form a contract once confirmed via order confirmation.

4. Payment terms

We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer. Payment is due prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

5.Delivery and risk

Shipping: Items ship within 10 business days; you bear shipping costs.

Risk Transfer: Risk passes to you once goods are dispatched.

Title: Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

6. Australian Consumer Law & Returns

Consumer Guarantees: Your purchase is subject to non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL): goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match descriptions.

Faulty Goods: If a product has a major fault, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund.

Non-refund Conditions: We may refuse refund if the issue falls within our documented repair policy, but never override ACL consumer rights.

7. Returns & refunds

Australian consumer guarantee -

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or damaged goods -

If your hydraulic generator or related product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund. To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, description of the fault, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos).

We may require you to return the item for inspection (we will cover shipping costs if the item is faulty).

If we confirm the product is defective or not as described, we will offer a - 

Full refund, or

Replacement, or

Repair (where appropriate) 

Change of mind -

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully and ensure products meet your needs before ordering.

Incorrect use or damage -

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if the product has been:

  • Damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation,

  • Altered or modified after purchase,

  • Used in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer guidelines or specifications.

Warranty and claims - 

Some of our products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the terms provided by the manufacturer. These warranties do not override your rights under the ACL.

How to request a return -

  • Order number and date

  • Description of the issue and preferred resolution

  • Photos or videos if applicable

8. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Manufacturer Warranty: Goods come with a warranty from the manufacturer, in addition to ACL rights.

Liability Limit: Subject to ACL, our liability excludes indirect/financial losses and is capped at the purchase price.

Misleading Conduct: We commit to accurate representations—avoid deceptive practices.

9. Title & Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by us. You may view it for private use only. Copying or commercial use is prohibited.

10. User obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the site unlawfully or misuse data,

  • Upload harmful content or malware,

  • Interfere with site integrity or violate any laws or rights.
